Here’s Jimmy!!
After building one particular 10′ row boat, I thought it needed a Captain. So I added one…….. Here are photos of Jimmy Bones in his boat. Jimmy and the boat are remote controlled using a standard RC airplane remote control. But… then a friend explained the advantage of drone technology and I added an Ardu-Pilot GPS tracking drone controller. I can now go on Google maps, plot way points and click Jimmy to auto pilot. Off he goes and tracks from one programmed way point to another. He has successfully navigated a three mile round trip and ended up right in front of my dock. I was amazed.
So…just like every sailor who has spent lots of time on the water, Jimmy gets to shore and, of course needs transportation. So I put him on his own tricycle and here he is….
